Kurogane Wall Shelf
The Kurogane Wall Shelf is a collaboration between Hitoshi Kuramoto, a product designer, and Riko Takahashi, the designer of the Tokyo Olympics uniforms.
Inspired by the traditional Japanese "Sendai Tansu" or a warrior's chest of drawers, this designer piece has an iron finishing with silver fittings. The shelf is equipped with a sliding door and distinctive L-shaped metal fittings. Creating a composition of several pieces of different sizes on a wall is recommended.
This Kakishibu Wall Shelf won the 2016 Good Design Award.
