Zen Garden Carpet

Inspired by the Kyoto Ryoanji Temple, the Zen Garden Carpet attempts a secondary representation of a Zen Garden. A metaphor that captures the rhythm of nature with raked gravels and sand, it hopes to evoke sensory effects beyond the experience of being present within the garden, or even within nature through the craftsmanship of hand carving.

The carpet is made with 100% pure wool yarn imported from New Zealand.
