“Metaverse Love”, Frog King: A pioneering conceptual and performance artist classically trained in ink painting and calligraphy with master Lui Shou Kwan in 1960s, Frog’s East-West philosophy of "Art is Life. Life is Art" takes conversations, restaurant menus, photographs, events, Hong Kong districts, comedic idioms as source material. In Frogtopia, words "Love, Harmony, Happiness" and "Love, Sense, Prosperity" juxtapose with smiling frog motifs. Featured at Hong Kong Pavilion in 54th Venice Biennale, Hong Kong's M+ Museum for Live Art invited Frog King to recreate his 1979 "Plastic Bag Project" from the Great Wall, the historical first work of performance art in China.
