Viaseres 2016 (Saperavi Reserve) (Case of 6 Bottles)
The Viaseres 2016 (Saperavi Reserve) is an intense dark garnet color with deep purple hues. The first nose gives strong smoky, peppery, and spicy aromas followed by ripe black fruit, blueberry, cherry, and plum, revealing secondary notes of clove, damson, and violet. The wine is very warm and full on the palate, where jammy red fruit meets ripe blackberry, vanilla, clove, cinnamon, and some pepper. The finish is long with ripe tannin.
