Sumu Small Spoon
The word "sumu" in Japanese means both "live" and "clear" illustrating the longevity and purity of the product. The Sumu cutlery has a zirconia ceramic head to allow for savoring the pure taste of food. The resin handles help to eliminate any unnecessary chemicals.
The Sumu Small Spoon was originally designed as a coffee spoon, but it may also be used as a caviar spoon.
