Originally from Latin America, Palo Santo (a Spanish word meaning the 'holy wood') has a long history of usage by shamans. Burning the wood cleanses the space and purifies 'mala energia' (negative energy).

Palo Santo wood can enlighten our spiritual wisdom and encourage awareness and reconnection to the self. It is a spiritual ingredient that balances all chakras, especially for healing the muladhara (root chakra) and awakening the third eye. When applied topically, it offers great antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties to help restore the skin.
