Bamboo Plate (Small)
Made in a “windmill pattern” of 5 bamboo strips, this bamboo plate has a smooth and compact surface above a footing that lifts and stabilizes the curved plate. The elevated plate provides air circulation for specific foods, while the small holes allow excess moisture to drain for various dishes such as noodles.
Suggested uses: Preparing dishes, hot / cold noodles, rice balls, tempura, edamame, hot bread, and more.

Note: The bamboo has been coated with natural protection oil. Do not use in oven or microwave, as this will damage the natural bamboo fibers.
