This gorgeous high-temperature glaze shows a fascinating 'orange peel' effect after being fired. This textured glaze showcases a surface of tiny bumps, feeling like citrus skin to physical touch. Such subtle texturization forms a natural and irregular patterning, that not only adds to the unique appearance of this ceramic work, but also feels light and natural when held in the hand.

Teacup and tea filter are both sinuous and streamlined by design. The teacup is made of Jingdezhen high-white porcelain. Craftsmen hand-trim each form by hand, then fire at a high temperature of 1320°C. The glaze thus feels warm and comfortable to hold.
The tea filter is made of crystal glass, transparent and light, allowing you to directly feel the changes, while brewing tea. This thoughtful contrast in textures and materials provides intriguing tactile and visual sensations.
The wooden base is surface coated with edible varnish for waterproofing.
